夏みたいな朝、朝方には暑くて布団を交換しました。

最低気温が17度だと、仙台は梅雨の始めの頃です。

分厚い掛布団はいりませんな。

そんなこんなで、あまりよく眠れませんでした。

季節な変わり目は体調を崩すので要注意ですね。
