今日は氷点下2度の朝７時だけどいい天気。

自転車をこぐ。スピードを出すと風が冷たすぎて

顔が痛いので、良きのんびりスピードで走る。

いつもより時間はかかったが、仕方がないかな。

そんなこんなで省の真ん中水曜日。

さあ、仕事を頑張ろうかな。
