今日は氷点下5度まで冷え込んだ朝。寒すぎだ。

今年は何だか寒いのかな？。結構冷えていてつらい。

去年の夏が暑すぎたから、その反動なのか？。

体は夏に合わせて頑張ったから、冬にはもろい。
